Can I pick up my order in store?

Yes, we offer curbside pick up at our store here in Chemainus, BC.  You can book an appointment to pick up your order on-line.

How much does shipping cost?

We offer free shipping on many accessories orders over $299 to most locations in Canada.  You can quickly calculate shipping for your order by adding them item(s) to your cart and use the shipping estimator at the bottom of the cart. Orders including vehicle bike racks do not qualify for free shipping. Please note that remote locations (such as the NT, YK, NU) usually do not qualify for free shipping and our website may not calculate the shipping correctly for these locations.  Some trikes and cargo bikes may not qualify for free shipping, even if our website displays free shipping. We apologize in advance, and  will contact you with an accurate shipping quote after you place your order and you can decide if you wish to proceed.

Where does my order ship from?

Most orders ship from Chemainus, BC, so you do not have to worry about duty, brokerage or other hidden charges that you would pay if you order from the US. Our shopping cart can also estimate the taxes we are required to collect when you estimate the shipping.

Will I receive a tracking number?

Yes, you will receive an automated e-mail from us with your tracking number. This is usually sent within a day or two after your order ships.

Is insurance included?

Yes, we include insurance so in the very rare event that your order doesn't arrive, we can reship.

Do you ship internationally?

Sorry, we are unable to ship outside of Canada.

What are my shipping options for eBikes and Trikes?

We offer two options for shipping your eBike or eTrike:

  • Assembly Required:your bike will arrive in a smaller box and will need to be assembled by a professional bike mechanic in order to qualify for warranty service. It will need to be tuned and adjusted. We do not recommend this option.
  • Almost fully assembled, tuned and adjusted:we set up, tune and adjust your bike. It will arrive in a very large box as it is almost fully adjusted. You will need to install the pedals and turn the handlebars around. You may want to consider having the final assembly done by a professional bike mechanic, as some manufacturers may require this for warranty service. This is our recommend option.

What are the benefits of the "Almost Fully Assembled" Option?

We highly recommend the "Almost Fully Assembled" option because:

  • Most bikes when they leave the factory still need to be tuned and adjusted. We do this for you before shipping your bike so you can start riding right away.
  • By using a very large box, your bike is shipped with a freight carrier instead of a common courier. They will usually contact you in advance to arrange delivery, and this also ensures your bike doesn't go through automated handling equipment like a package with a common courier.
  • We assemble the bike as much as possible for you, whereas the "Assembly Required" option means your bike is disassembled to fit into the smallest box possible.
  • What is the EHF?

    A $10 EHF (Environmental Handling Fee) is applied to each eBike or battery to cover the cost recycling the battery at the end of life. This program is administered by Call2Recycle.
