The Carrie2 takes sustainable everyday urban mobility to a new level: our compact cargo bike offers the largest possible loading surface in as small a space as possible. Forget heavy bags or rucksacks – choose from a wealth of transport accessories to suit your needs.

The R&M Carrie2 Cargo eBike is available in three models:

• Caririe2 City: includes a chain and a Nexus 5 Speed Internally Geared Hub so you can shift while stopped and while pedalling
• Carrie2 Vario: uses a low-maintenance Gates Carbon Belt and Enviolo CVT for smooth shifts, the ability shift while stopped and a lower cost of ownership and less maintenance (recommended)
• Carrie2 Automatic: uses the Enviolo Automatiq system to automatically adjust the gears for you - simply set your preferred cadence and ride!  No more shifting or adjusting gears.  Like the Vario, it features the Gates Carbon Belt and Enviolo CVT.

Minimal parking space and tight curves: you no longer have these worries with the Carrie2. With a compact length of 209 cm, you’ll easily find a parking spot and, with its slimline box, you can now ride around town with ease, just like on a normal bike. Its powerful drive ensures that you always feel lightweight and agile even when fully laden.

Flexible transport solutions.

With the Flex Box, its name says it all: when collapsed, it holds a regular drinks crate, and even up to three when folded out. A zipped door makes it easier for your little ones or four-legged friends to get in and out. And the Flex Box can be securely locked and extended with flexible transport accessories: choose from the Family kit, Dog kit or Cargo kit.

We have based the design of the Carrie2 on circular design principles: Its minimalist frame, 80% of which is made of recycled aluminium, is powder-coated to conserve resources. Carrie2 accessories – including a weatherproof child cover and a practical Cargo bag – can be easily dismantled, cleaned, and repaired if necessary.

Cargo kit

The practical cargo bag with two handles is perfect for loading and unloading your cargo. Alternatively, pre-drilled holes mean that you can screw it permanently to the floor of the Basic Box. The cargo bag holds up to 90 litres. There is also a zipped pocket on its outside that can hold smaller items.

Dog kit

The Dog kit consists of the Flex Box with zip door, a mat and strap for your four-legged friend. The mat fills the entire base of the box, providing a comfortable bed for your dog to lie on. A strap with carabiner clip, the length of which can be adjusted, is attached to the dog’s collar or harness, holding it securely during the journey. Your four-legged friend can easily get in and out of the Flex Box through the open zip door. And when you are not carrying your dog, the Flex Box offers plenty of space for your weekly shop or sports bag. The rain cover supplied prevents loads from becoming wet. When not in use, it can be stowed away in the box using the practical lashing straps. This box can be locked, preventing unwanted access to whatever you are carrying.

The Family kit consists of the Flex Box with zip door, a child seat with headrest, and a carrier capable of holding up to 27 kg. A sturdy bench seat that can be suspended in the Flex Box in two different ways serves as a child seat. Depending on its position, it accommodates either one taller child or two smaller children up to the age of 7 – reliably secured by the five-point seat belts. And the comfortable back cushion automatically folds in when the Flex Box is closed. However, when the headrest is fitted, it cannot be closed. Your passengers can easily get in and out of the box through the open zip door of the Flex Box. And when you have no passengers, the Flex Box offers plenty of space for your weekly shop or sports bag. The rain cover supplied prevents loads from becoming wet. When not in use, it can be stowed away in the Flex Box using the practical lashing straps. This box can be locked, preventing unwanted access to whatever you are carrying. 

Family Kit Plus

The Family kit Plus consists of the Flex Box with zip door, a child seat with headrest, child cover, and a carrier capable of holding up to 27 kg. And when you have no passengers, the Flex Box offers plenty of space for your weekly shop or sports bag. The rain cover supplied prevents loads from becoming wet. Offroad kit

If you like riding your e-bike off-road, then simply equip it with first-class Schwalbe Smart Sam Cargo tires. They are suitable for very heavy loads and provide the best possible puncture protection. The closed central area guarantees good rolling resistance, while the block tread around the edge provides a secure grip in puddles and around bends. The wide flat VP 538 pedals provide grip for your feet.

Kiox 300

The Kiox 300 is the ideal display for sporty riders: it records fitness data and helps you to optimise your training – and it can even be paired by Bluetooth to heart rate monitors. You can also use map-free navigation when connected to a smartphone. The Kiox 300 is intuitive to operate using the LED Remote on the handlebar.
