In addition to the manufacturer's warranty below, please take a moment to review the standard warranty and procedures from Citrus Cycles.  You can also upgrade to our Premium Warranty within 30 days of purchase.

We do not share your personal information, so you may wish to register with the manufacturer of your eBike.

Note that each component of your eBike may be covered individually by the component manufactuer's warranty, and not the bike manufacturer's warranty as per above.  These component warranties typically do not cover labour, shipping or other related costs.  You may wish to consider our Premium Warranty for coverage on those items.

Important Service Intervals:

Most manufacturer's require adherance to a service schedule for warranty coverage to apply.  Here is a common service schedule that you may want to follow.  Choose the distance or time that is sooner.  Time for a tune-up?  Book on-line here.

• 250 km: 1st service/check-up (no charge when you write a review, contact us for more information)
• 2000 km or 1 year
• 4000 km or 2 years
• 6000 km or 3 years
• 8000 km or 4 years
• Every 2000 km thereafter or annual, whichever comes first
