Nimbler than its HD siblings, the Copperhead EVO 2 Wave provides the same on/off ease and trail capability, but on a lighter platform, with an upgraded spec.   Shimano components round out this build with an 11 speed Deore rear derailleur on an 11-51t cassette.  180mm disc brakes and the 120mm SR Suntour XR32 fork provide reliable control over the bumps and on descents.  For those looking for an everyday hardtail eMTB with an incredibly low step-through height, this bike wants to carry you into your next adventure.

THE MOTOR: Performance Line CX

As part of the new Smart System, the Performance CX motor delivers 85 Nm torque. This drive unit is ideal for challenging eMTB rides. The eMTB mode gives you full control and intuitive handling without having to switch between different riding modes. Whether on long climbs or steep descents, the multi-sensor concept and innovative Bosch motor controller enable the Performance Line CX to respond flexibly and with great sensitivity, even on challenging trails.

THE BATTERY: PowerTube 750

PowerTube stands for batteries that are elegantly integrated into the frame. The PowerTube rated at 750Wh is ideal for long day rides. The new battery is slightly larger than the previous ones and thus required a new frame body which was developed in-house from the ground up.

THE BRAKES: Shimano BR-MT200 

The Shimano BR-MT200 disc brake is an affordable braking system without groupset integration. With its versatile design, it is suitable for numerous types of bikes in the MTB or even touring and urban areas. The performance of the 2-piston caliper is adapted to beginners and runs reliably without much noise. Thanks to One Way Bleeding technology, bleeding is no problem. The BL-MT200 3-finger brake lever has a grip width that can be comfortably grasped by small hands and adjusted with a tool.
