Spec’d with race ready components and the heart of a champion. The SR Suntour Durolux 36 RC2 fork & TRI AIR 3CR shock have a history of podiums from Sea Otter to Megavalnache to CrankWorx, so you can rip through the diciest of terrains with confidence. Shimano XTR provides flawless shifting and the mullet+ wheelset with Schwalbe 2.6” tires offers the happy medium of a bump-eating 29er up front and a lower, grippy 27.5” on the back.
THE NEW BOSCH SMART SYSTEM
THE MOTOR: Performance Line CX
As part of the new Smart System, the Performance CX motor delivers 85 Nm torque. This drive unit is ideal for challenging eMTB rides. The eMTB mode gives you full control and intuitive handling without having to switch between different riding modes. Whether on long climbs or steep descents, the multi-sensor concept and innovative Bosch motor controller enable the Performance Line CX to respond flexibly and with great sensitivity, even on challenging trails.
THE BATTERY: PowerTube 750
PowerTube stands for batteries that are elegantly integrated into the frame. The PowerTube rated at 750Wh is ideal for long day rides. The new battery is slightly larger than the previous ones and thus required a new frame body which was developed in-house from the ground up.
THE DERAILLEUR: Deore XTR
XTR is Shimano's top-of-the-line mountain bike group and features some of the finest technology and produces an incredibly clean and reliable shift. The newest generation of XTR is not only new and shiny, it comes with all-new technology. The Shimano XTR RD-M9100 Rear Derailleur has been upgraded from 11-speed to 12-speed and has the capacity to go up to a 51 tooth cog on the rear.
THE BRAKES: Deore XT BR-M6120
Hydraulic disc brakes are characterized by excellent braking performance. The new BR-M6120 ranks particularly well on long descents thanks to its ICE TECHNOLOGY, which relies on Shimano’s cooling technology and better heat dissipation, this avoiding fading. The 4-piston brakes perform excellent even on wet conditions.
